Cops can't legally randomly shoot black people? No problem. Shoot them in their cars or after you've pulled them over for a broken light and say they resisted arrest or even better, plant a gun and say you feared for your life. Can't legally refuse renting to black or gay people? No problem. Invent a secret code to put on the applications of the undesirables and they won't get in.
