Jill knows its its important not to worry and trust yourself and your baby. Jill knows babies need to nurse all the time for many different reasons. Jill knows she's the expert on her baby and she is confident in her mothering. Jill knows growth spurts are real. Jill knows she shouldn't let people scare her and she should trust her instincts. Jill knows it's ok to feel frustrated but it's also ok to ask for help. Jill knows that the 4th trimester is real and having support makes a world of a difference.
